Self-guided tour
Discover Châteaudun castle by wandering freely around the monument and its gardens.

Visit documents are available free of charge from the monument reception desk. Available in 6 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch).
Guided tour
The monument's staff will help you discover the secrets of Châteaudun Castle. The "Donjon" guided tour takes you to the top of the keep and into the castle's attic, areas that are not open for self-guided visitors.

Every day at 11am and 3pm from 5 September to 30 April and at 11am, 2.30pm and 4pm from 2 May to 4 September, for groups of 2 or more up to a maximum of 18 people. Duration: approx. 1 hour. Registration on arrival at reception, no advance bookings. Price: no extra charge on your ticket.
The themed tour
Let yourself be guided by the monument's staff and learn more about the history or architecture of the castle during the school holidays. Learn more about the furniture, tapestries, Sainte-Chapelle and graffiti.

Family events
During the school holidays, tours and workshops for children are offered to help them discover the château while having fun. Ages 6 to 12.
